Where will Chandrayaan-3 land on the moon, how much will we gain from ISRO's lunar mission?

The Wall Bureau: This journey to the south pole of the moon is not an easy task, if ISRO succeeds, a new horizon of space research will open.  The second lunar mission was not entirely successful.  The orbiter reached the moon's orbit but the lander Vikram crashed face down on the moon's soil.  As a result, ISRO's historic lunar mission (Chandrayaan-3) to the South Pole of the Moon was disrupted.

This time again a new challenge.  Chandrayaan-3 will land on the south side of the moon on August 23.

Is there ice on the dark side of the moon?

Astrologers say that moon lust is like dream lust.  If success is achieved, the world will be conquered.  Lander landing on the lunar surface or lunar soil is a 'soft landing'. A small mistake, a few seconds of inattention, can destroy this project worth thousands of crores.

Astronomers believe that the poles are ice.  Ice is water.  So finding water at the moon's poles is a big goal of Chandrayaan-3.  Earth's Atmaja Moon.  Therefore, it is not surprising to find a simple source of water on earth.  If the rover can get this information about where and how much ice is on the moon, then the dream of building a station on the moon in the future will come within the reach of astronauts.

New horizons of radioastronomy will open up

There is no atmosphere on the moon, there is no magnetic field, so if a telescope can be installed on the moon, then many difficult issues of space research will become easier.  Sending people to the moon is also very expensive.  However, ISRO aims to temporarily live on the moon and conduct research in the future.  For that, if a radio telescope can be placed on the surface of the moon or the moon, then the study of cosmic rays directly hitting the back of the moon will become much easier.  This research is very difficult to do on the ground.

The ionosphere surrounds the Earth's atmosphere.  where magnetic waves are reflected back.  What is the reason why the low frequency radio waves coming from the space are reflected out of this ionosphere, we cannot see it sitting on earth.  It is believed that the work of research will become much easier with this radio wave (Chandrayaan-3).

It is easy to know the effect of solar radiation and the material (Solar Particles) falling from the sun on the moon.  This solar radiation has a strong effect on the lunar surface layers.  Scientists have been researching it for a long time.  India's moon mission may unravel this mystery.  Solar X-Ray Radiation information can be obtained by installing an X-ray spectrometer.
