The ionosphere surrounds the Earth's atmosphere.  where magnetic waves are reflected back.  What is the reason why the low frequency radio waves coming from the space are reflected out of this ionosphere, we cannot see it sitting on earth.  It is believed that the work of research will become much easier with this radio wave (Chandrayaan-3).
